Principal

Mr. Andy Campbell holds an Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Elementary Education from Dyersburg State Community College.  He completed his Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Elementary Education as well as his Master of Science in Education with a major in Administration and Supervision from the University of Tennessee at Martin.  Mr. Campbell taught 5th and 6th grade at Halls Elementary School from 1999-2006.  In 2006, he assumed the role of assistant principal at Halls Elementary School.  Mr. Campbell and his family reside in Dyer County. 

Assistant Principal

Mrs. Brenda Eison served as a special education teacher at Ripley Elementary School and Dyersburg Primary School. She was the Lead Special Education teacher at Dyersburg Primary since 2005 where she chaired the School-Wide Positive Behavior team as well as served as a key member of the school academic intervention team. She also has experience on the school's data and instructional leadership team.  Mrs. Eison has a Bachelor degree in Home Economics with a major in Early Childhood Education, Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and Masters +45 in Special Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She completed her leadership endorsement through Trevecca Nazarene University.  Mrs. Eison and her family reside in Lauderdale County.

Curriculum Coordinator

Mrs. Cindy Bryant holds a Bachelors of Education Degree from Marshall University. She has fifteen years of experience teaching all grades first through fifth. She has served as Curriculum Coordinator at HES for 3 years.  Ms. Bryant and her family reside in Dyer County.
