• National History Day is an annual contest for middle and high school students around the world.  Students involved in the event will create research based projects on historical topics of interest.  They will first compete on a local and affiliate level.  For RMS students, we will compete at the University of Memphis as we are part of the West Tennessee district. Winners at the district level will then compete in Nashville as part of Tennessee History Day.  The national contest is held in the Washington DC area.

    This group has been created for students who are interested in participating in National History Day.

    Meetings will take place after school and are to be determined.
